3 day Retreat (online with Zoom) 8th – 10th May

Liz is offering three days of classes in a “Retreat” format for students past and present.
Iyengar Yoga is a traditional practice that recognises every body is different! Students will be guided to work within their capacity to achieve alignment for a balanced body and mind. Participants will be aligned with practice suited to the season and nature of the current environment.
Liz will clearly demonstrate the postures and offer precise instruction /and alternatives to achieve an authentic Yoga experience. Suitable for all levels – so hope you join!
Friday 8th May
7-830 am – Foundations
430- 6 pm – Restorative /Meditation
Saturday 9th May
7- 9 am – General class including Inversions for all levels
1-230 pm – Tips for developing a Personal Practice (Complimentary for 5/3 class passes)
430 -6 pm – Restorative /Meditation
Sunday 10th May
7-9 am – General class including Backbends for all levels
All weekend classes (5 classes and 1 complimentary class) – $110
3 Classes (includes 1 complimentary class) – $75
Individual classes –$30 per class
